Dual battery Systems

Xpedition Concepts can help you out with a dual battery system whether you want a simple AGM battery mounted in your tub/ tray or splitting your two cranks to one larger crank and an AGM under bonnet with suitable BCDC charger to ensure proper charging of your deep cycle battery. A majority of the time we will install an Anderson 50 amp plug so easy removal of the dual battery system if required.

We use fuse protection on both ends of the dual battery circuit to isolate both power sources preventing current back feed, if the cable was to rub through and arc out which can cause a fire and burn your vehicle to the ground (if not fused at both ends).
