Where It All Started
Xpedition Concepts was born in 2016 after having experienced long distance, remote touring around Australia and trips into the Gulf / Cape York with 2 young children. It was during this time I obtained further knowledge of what was required for a safe and reliable remote trip.
Our family unit has toured around the country with a half lap in 2012 and the big lap in 2015. Our best highlights being the Gibb River Road, Cape York, the Bungle Bungle Ranges, and visiting the most Northerly, Easterly and Westerly points of Australia.
Our touring vehicle started with a highly modified 105 series Landcruiser which was then upgraded to a 200 series Landcruiser. Our 200 is currently our vehicle of choice for our touring/ towing duties
Who We Are and Our Location?
We are a small, family business located at Mt Barker in the Adelaide Hills, and we provide all 4WD installations and modifications to your vehicle for touring Australia wide. We pride ourselves on doing the smaller jobs and fit what the others won’t if you want a particular set up.
We have a fully equipped workshop with hoist to meet all your installation needs. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile. We also provide a mobile service (of certain products) without any extra cost if within a radius of 100km from Mt Barker
My Experience
I am an experienced Tradesman with over 28 years of working experience with 4WDs, Caravans and in the Mining industry. My true passion is working with vehicles for optimum performance and reliability for touring remote and long distance.
